Refund policy

 

Soothin Moodz Crystals do not accept returns, refunds, or change of mind, unless under special circumstances, which will be handled case by case. Packages damaged or lost due to couriers are not our responsibility and will not be refunded by us. 

Soothin Moodz Crystals only will allow refunds for faulty items from manufacturing ie light base does not work.

Crystals are a natural item of the earth, they have “imperfect” crevices, cracks, lines etc due to how they are formed. Any damage that is not apart of the natural creation of our crystals will be stated at time of purchase and will be confirmed with buyer that they accept Crystal in the condition shown.

Regarding delivery of parcels we at Soothin Moodz Crystals take the upmost care in packing your beautiful items and make sure your packages are packed with as much integrity and protection as possible. We do not offer refunds on damaged packages via delivery or lost packages, this falls upon Australia post, as they are a complete seperate entity to Soothin Moodz Crystals.

To ensure coverage for if your delivery arrives damaged or you do not receive your items as has been lost in transit, we offer insurance for these instances at time of checkout in shipping costs. This protects yourself as a buyer if an unfortunate event was to happen.

If this does happen and you have not selected shipping with insurance ultimately there is nothing on Soothin Moodz Crystals behalf that we can offer as Australia Post is a third party carrier and we hold no responsibility once your package is in their care.
